What is the refund policy?
All payments to MP Travel Pros are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments.
Can I travel solo if I don't have a roommate?
Yes! You can choose the Single Occupancy rate during booking. If you would like to be paired with a roommate to secure the Double Occupancy rate, please let us know, and we will do our best to match you with another solo traveler.
Are flights included in the package?
Unless specifically stated in the "What's Included" section, international flights to and from the destination are not included. This allows travelers the flexibility to book flights from their preferred departure city and use airline miles if desired.
When is the final payment due?
Final payments are typically due 90 days before the departure date. Your specific payment schedule and final due date will be clearly outlined on your invoice upon booking.
