CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT — MP Travel Pros

By accepting this agreement, you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms with MP Travel Pros ("Agency"):

1. PLANNING FEE: The planning/design fee stated at checkout is non-refundable and is due in full at the time of service engagement. This fee compensates the Agency for research, planning, and consultation time regardless of whether a booking is ultimately made.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Agency will provide the travel planning service selected by the Client. Services are limited to those described in the selected package. Additional services may be available at an additional fee.

3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS: The Agency acts as an agent for third-party travel vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). The Agency is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or failures by these vendors. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

4. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: Any deposits or payments made to third-party vendors are subject to those vendors' cancellation and refund policies. The planning fee paid to the Agency is non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. TRAVEL PROTECTION: The Agency strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. The Agency is not liable for losses resulting from a Client's decision not to purchase travel insurance.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: The Client is responsible for providing accurate personal information, including names as they appear on government-issued ID or passports. Errors may result in change fees charged by vendors.

7. COMMUNICATION: The Client agrees to respond to communications from the Agency in a timely manner. Delays in response may affect pricing, availability, and planning timelines.

8. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
